1. I will take the FIRST offer for an item AFTER 3 days. With in that span someone may reply and "Outbid" you for an item. Then They will have 3 days with thier price to be "Outbid"
2. Bids MUST be made in DOLLAR incremnets and made WITHIN 3 days of some one making me an offer!
